Hi, wanted to present me for you guys here in the forum, as the title says I'm from Costa Rica, almost getting a whole decade on growing CPs, one of my first plants was a sarracenia, daina's delight, I got only that very single plant, and now I have made hundreds from it, many given away, and then I got Tarnok, Judith Hindle and Scarlett belle, and remained like that for all the time, just until this year I realized the seeds were very easy to germinate and started buying some, also some live plants like Alata 'night', and right now my seeds are getting their 6 months old. There I have x'Readii' Alabama red, Leucophylla, Minor v. Okefenokensis, Purpurea ssp purpurea and Oreophilla, and more to come! Sarracenia here get no dormancies at all, and over all these years just have a look that they look very nice! I also like and do Tissue culture, which I will start with sarracenia seeds this week, and have many other interests, as all the rest of CPs, cactus, lithops, native stingless bees, trees and plants, orchids and many more. Here, if you want to have a look at my other CPs and native bees The CPs www.facebook.com/CarnivorasDeCostaRicaThe bees www.facebook.com/MelipotrigonasDeCosaRica

Well I am already envious of the huge flytrap and it looks like maybe you might be the senior grower here, maybe I am wrong so correct me if so but you will be getting questions asked of you, I am a yearling grower and run into things I don't know about these plants all the time so it is good to have yo here.

Thanks scorpio, ask anything you want to know, except flowers, I have never ever seen a flower from them.

Well, as I say, I never give dormancies to plants, it may be that, or that every year I take the side shoots for propagation, or even the pots, they are small lol
