I have this little purpurea, the one in the first picture, it was almost killed by aphids first and then by me trying to save it by cutting off all of the deformed leaves, problem was it was a young plant and without any leaves it just about died because it could not even photosynthesize the suns energy but as I said before these are tough little plants and this one is going to be great plant, don't know the parentage and I am no expert so take a look at it and tell me what you think it is, just a S. Purpurea or something else. The others are Lowe's pitchers that I got about a month and a half back, just starting to grow as they had very small tap roots but they seem to be taking off, next year should be the one for them, the last ones are also Lowe's (it's two blocks from my house, so I visit a lot) that I got the beginning of last month, the little pitcher plant was actually three plants, all different from each other, I will post pictures. Andrew I am going to use photobucket a suggested soon.

Nice plants, here the big hardware store is called EPA, and it recently sells "planta carnívora", of course I recognize it as a Daina's sarracenia, but they are with 100% or so filodia leaves! and even worse, planted in coconut stuff! And more, surely they don't ake the time to water with rainwater.. But maybe they have some system to collect it and save on bills, but who knows
