The seeds are so tiny to plant. What is the best way to try and get them separated to plant?

I got Burmanii seeds today from Starchy over at FTC Forums, you know him Andrew, I sent him some of those seeds to, his Burmanii sprouted flowers and he sent me some seeds to grow some, my first attempt so wish me luck. I am glad those seeds are growing at such a fast pace, I moved my other Capensis into the midst of my pitchers and flytraps yesterday now they are feasting, I had them up above the other plants in a plastic container so I could keep them wet all at once but notice they were not getting their fair share of buggies. I will get a link later to Photo Bucket. That pot they are in measures 10 1/2 inches across and is about 8 inches deep so they have a lot of room to grow, already sending up flower stalks.
